BCDC is a development trust based in Barmulloch, Glasgow. They own and operate 3 premises on behalf of the community, and work with partners to deliver services that enhance the lives of local people. They employ 14 local members of staff and welcome over 1000 people per week into our premises for a range of activities.

Established by local people in 1991, GCDT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Govanhill Housing Association. It delivers regeneration beyond mainstream housing through commercial property and community development, attracting employers, supporting new businesses and social enterprises, and reinvesting income to strengthen community initiatives in Govanhill.

Established in 1996, Swamp is a community‑led development trust and SQA‑approved learning centre. It promotes inclusion through creativity, innovation, and enterprise, delivering high‑quality services through strong partnerships. Embedded across Glasgow communities, Swamp supports local regeneration, economic development and social cohesion, and is widely recognised for its impactful work.

Established in the 1970s after a successful community campaign to protect the Methodist Central Hall, CCH now operates Central Hall and Woodside Halls, serving a community of over 20,000. With a £2m annual turnover, it reinvests venue income to sustain and grow community‑led services.
